I wouldn’t consider NPS as a core business metric.

Tomer, to answer your question, “Have you ever heard of a single business score or maybe one operational or technical performance metric?” the answer is a resounding yes. The dreaded Net Promoter Score (NPS). Leaders live and die by this metric, even still, and use it to validate their business or some artifact thereof (products, services, experiences, and so forth). And, for better or worse, we are still navigating the expectation to deliver on it.

I wouldn’t consider NPS as a core business metric. It doesn’t really tell you anything about your business performance. I’d consider revenue, sales, etc as core business metrics.
